Information we collect

Name, email, phone number, date of birth, refund details, and your chosen refund delivery method (bank account via our payment provider, or a mailing address).

How bank details are handled

Bank account and routing numbers are sent directly from your browser to our regulated payment provider, which returns a secure token. We never store full account or routing numbers; only the last four digits are retained for reference.

Security

All connections are encrypted. Dates of birth are encrypted at rest. Administrator access requires multi-factor authentication, and every administrative action is recorded.

Emails

Our emails never contain banking information or dates of birth. We will never ask you to send financial information by email.

Retention and deletion

Completed case records are retained only as long as needed for verification and legal obligations, then deleted. You may request deletion by contacting us with your Refund Reference Number.

Consent

When you submit a refund preference, we record your authorization, the time, and your connection details as a consent record.
